About Me

Daniel LivingstonI'm Daniel Livingston, husband, father, baby-boomer and geek at heart. My interests vary greatly. I'm an electrical engineer by profession so some of my hobbies make sense. I'm into science fiction and robotics. I'm a big fan of The Twilight Zone and Rod Serling. Since my childhood, I've loved Lost in Space. In my spare time I also metal detect as I enjoy uncovering old stuff (coins and jewelry) from the past. Other interest include movie and TV prop building. My full sized Lost in Space Robot and Back to the Future Flux Capacitor replicas are a few examples.
While this site chronicles my Lost in Space obsession and the construction of my B9 Robot replica, some of my other "projects" can be found on my main site www.dplivingston.com. Head over there, poke around and be sure to check out the links to my other dedicated sites. There you will get the full story behind each of my projects.

Be sure to check out www.MyFluxCapacitor.com where I show you how to build the Flux Capacitor from Back to the Future and www.MysticSeer.com. There I document building the famous Mystic Seer from the Twilight Zone episode "Nick of Time". Drop me a line to let me know what you think at: This email address is being protected from spambots.
